Meet the Founders: The Story Behind Purple Eagle Tribe and the Power of Transpersonal Psychology Coaching

We didn’t set out to build just another coaching brand. We set out to answer a calling.
Hi, we’re Claudia and Adam, founders of Purple Eagle Tribe — a Transpersonal Psychology based Community devoted to helping people rise into their wholeness, break free from limiting patterns, and remember who they truly are.
Our journey didn’t start with a marketing plan or a perfect strategy.
It began on long nature hikes, in quiet moments of meditation, and in the deep listening to the whispers of our souls.
It unfolded during what we affectionately called our “Bath Sessions” — late-night conversations in the bath, where we explored life, future, purpose, healing, and the possibilities of something greater wanting to move through us.

We come from different paths but share the same heart.
Claudia (Mukti Ram Jaya) with a BFA in Graphic Design and a background and passion in branding, digital marketing and creative direction, is a Certified Psychosynthesis Coach, Spiritual Guide, Conscious Relationship Mentor and passionate advocate for the divine feminine.
Since embracing the Red Tent movement in 2013, she has supported and guided over 1,000 women reconnect with their sacred essence and live their fullest, most authentic lives.
As co-founder of Purple Eagle Tribe Claudia draws from transpersonal psychology, psychosynthesis, archetypal healing, yoga, feminine embodiment, and deep spiritual knowledge and practice. She is also a Reiki Master, Seichim Reiki Practitioner, Certified Angel Healing Practitioner, Ordained Minister, and Kali Natha Yogi (YT200) — weaving together ancient wisdom and modern coaching to help individuals break through limitations, align with their purpose, and awaken their highest potential.
Claudia has completed advanced leadership and personal development training through Landmark and Gratitude Training, deepening her expertise in transformational methodologies. She brings over a decade of experience in transformational coaching, group facilitation, and feminine empowerment.
Adam (Satya Ram Jaya) Pacitti, with a background in large-scale business, civil & real state development, team building, and construction technology integration, is a Certified Psychosynthesis Coach, Spiritual Teacher, and Conscious Relationship Mentor, Reiki Master specializing in Shamanic Reiki. His spiritual journey is grounded in Akashic Records, earth-based alchemy, masculine-feminine energy integration and Kali Natha Yoga combined with high-level leadership and self-development training, strengthening his foundation in transformational work. Adam has a passion for mapping inner processes and connecting them directly to the body’s energy centers, weaving together psychological insight and energetic alignment.
As co-founder of Purple Eagle Tribe, Adam walks beside Claudia, creating a sacred space for healing, growth, and awakening — blending ancient practices with modern tools to help clients reclaim clarity, balance, and purpose.
Together, we bring over 20 years of combined experience in transpersonal coaching, personal development, leadership training and spiritual guidance. Through The Alchemy of Self — our signature 13-month transformational coaching program — we guide individuals and couples through a deep process of integration, healing, and alignment.
This is not surface-level coaching.This is soul-level liberation.
Together, we merged our gifts and said yes to something bigger. We chose the name Purple Eagle Tribe because it reflected a vision:
Purple — the color of spiritual awakening, transformation, and deep inner wisdom.
Eagle — the symbol of vision, freedom, and higher perspective.
Tribe — not just a following, but a community — a space for people to gather, heal, and rise together.
